Description
The sales office is designed for the prospective customers. The idea is to create a lasting first impression among the users coming in. The entrance was designed to give a sense of grandeur yet at the same time gradually transits the user from exterior to the interior. The threshold creates space as an condition to allow the experience to gradually set in the users.

Description
4 R.G. areas located upon Podiums dedicated to four activities i.e. kids play area , meditation and exercise ,sports turf and nana-nani park respectively. Each R.G. is designed to cater the needs of particular age groups and allow uninterrupted programs.

Description
3 different type of sports facility were provided in the layout. One catering to the people staying in the society, 2 nd – a sports club reserved only for the club members wherein the location near the water body gives design an opportunity to gather paranomic view and 3 rd – open to public with a lot of flora and fauna (Urban Forest) due to CRZ reservations.

Description

Description
The Landscape around the factory allows free movement of heavy vehicles. The major concern/aspect while designing was mobility and goods movements. Break out spaces, Pause points under natural tree shade have been proposed along with entrance while retaining all the existing trees on the site.

The R.G. area designed for Vivek Agro Group. The whole idea of the landscaped area was to open up the space for the visitors visiting their facility. The design aims at creating various viewpoints for users and seating areas in various different settings have been explored.
